I want to able to provide you with the best experience & scheduling options possible. 

Running late 

If you’re running late, please let me know A.S.A.P. Arriving late may result in an adjustment in my service to not force Nina to run late for her following guests. More than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and would be considered a last-minute cancellation.

Rescheduling / Cancellations

 If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book an appointment. Any appointment not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged $25 to your card on file. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment. .

No Shows

No shows will be charged the full amount of the service missed and may not be able to book any future appointments.

Card on file policy

All guest’s payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system.

Retail 

Retail products may be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase if not satisfied.  No refunds.

Adjustments 

Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate

Covid-19 

If you have been exposed to, are showing symptoms of, or have been tested positive for COVID_19, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible and I will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
